160. (Repealed).

160. A party to the dispute may appeal to the Court of Québec from a decision rendered by the board within thirty days of the sending of a copy of the decision under section 149.
However, in a case of irresistible force, the Court of Québec may allow a party to appeal after the expiration of the time allowed in the first paragraph.
