Section 83
Disposition versions
83. To be eligible or to render a group operation or undivided owners considered a farmer eligible for any of the subsidies provided for in this division, a natural person, in addition to fulfilling any other conditions prescribed in this division and by regulation, which may vary according to the category of persons, must
(1) be 18 years of age or over but not yet 40 years of age;
(2) carry out his establishment, as a farmer, within the time and according to the terms and conditions prescribed by regulation.
