Disposition versions
548. Section 6.1 of the General and Vocational Colleges Act (chapter C-29) is replaced by the following section:
“6.1. A college may make an agreement, with a school board under section 332 of the Act respecting public elementary and secondary education (chapter E-8.1), for the bussing or transportation of persons who attend the college and claim from them, payment of the cost incurred by the college under such agreement, less the subsidies granted for these purposes.”.
