No member of the Tribunal shall, on pain of forfeiture of office, have a direct or indirect interest in an enterprise or organization that may cause his or her personal interest to conflict with the duties of his or her office, except if the interest devolves to him or her by succession or gift, provided he or she renounces or disposes of it with diligence.
