433. (Repealed).

433. On receiving the return of election expenses, declaration, invoices and vouchers, the returning officer shall transmit them to the chief electoral officer.
The returning officer shall make copies of all the documents before transmitting them to the chief electoral officer. He shall allow any elector to examine them and make copies of them until such time as the documents from which the copies were made are destroyed or returned to the person concerned.
The chief electoral officer shall transmit to the returning officer a copy of any document delivered to him directly.
