119. Where the time fixed in section 113 or 117 expires during an election period, the deadline is deferred for 60 days.

119. Where the time limit fixed in section 113 or 117 expires during an election period, it is deferred to the ninetieth day after the date of the general election as regards the report provided for in section 117 and to the one hundred and twentieth day as regards the report provided for in section 113.
