3. The director general of elections does not have the right to vote.
The director general, the judges of the courts of justice, the Public Protector and the members of the Commission de la représentation shall not engage in partisan work.

3. The director general of elections, and the director general of financing of political parties and his assistants do not have the right to vote.
The persons referred to in the first paragraph, the judges of the courts of justice, the Public Protector and the members of the Commission de la représentation shall not engage in partisan work.
