215.10. The director general must previously submit to the committee every directive he is authorized to issue under the Act to govern the financing of political parties (chapter F-2).
The director general must also previously submit to the committee every directive he is authorized to issue under this Act and under the Act respecting electoral lists (chapter L-4.1), except during an election period or during the annual enumeration period.
