Disposition versions
173. Any notification provided for by this Act and not already governed by the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) must be given in accordance with articles 109 to 138 of that Code. If the Code provides that a method of notification requires an authorization, the authorization may be obtained from a member of the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
