9. Articles 234 to 242 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) apply, adapted as required, to the recusation of a member or of an assessor.

9. Every question of law shall be decided by the chairman of the division of the tribunal.
When there is a difference of opinion among the members of a division of the tribunal whose opinions are equally divided on a question other than a question of law, it shall be decided by the chairman of the division.
