84. Where the reserve lapses at the end of the period for which it was established, the Land Registrar must, at the request of any interested person, cancel it after assuring himself that the period has ended.
The costs of cancellation shall, in all cases, be charged to the person who established the reserve.

84. Where the reserve lapses at the end of the period for which it was established, the registrar must, at the request of any interested person, cancel it after assuring himself that the period has ended.
The costs of cancellation shall, in all cases, be charged to the person who established the reserve.

84. It shall be the duty of the person who established the reserve to continue the proceedings required to have the registration cancelled after its expiry. Failing that, the registrar must, at the request of any interested person, cancel it.
The costs of cancellation shall, in all cases, be charged to the person who established the reserve.
