48. Every handicapped person who believes himself aggrieved pursuant to a decision rendered by the Office under section 47 may, within 60 days of notification of the decision, contest the decision before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.

48. Every handicapped person who believes himself aggrieved pursuant to a decision rendered by the Office under section 47 may appeal therefrom to the Commission, which shall dispose of the appeal in accordance with its rules of proof, procedure and practice.
