20. The central municipality’s jurisdiction over any of those matters applies to the extent specified, where applicable, in any of Divisions II to IX and subject to Chapter IV.
It also applies in the case of an urban agglomeration referred to in Titles IV.1 to IV.3, taking into consideration the provisions included in those titles.

20. The central municipality’s jurisdiction over any of those matters applies to the extent specified, where applicable, in any of Divisions II to IX and subject to Chapter IV.
It also applies in the case of an urban agglomeration referred to in Title IV.1 or IV.2, taking into consideration the provisions included in that title.
