Disposition versions
163. Any reconstituted municipality whose territory corresponds to the territory of a former municipality that, immediately before the constitution of the city, was recognized under the second paragraph of section 29.1 of the Charter of the French language (chapter C‐11), is deemed to have obtained such a recognition.
