116.1. A related municipality may waive its right of objection to a resolution under section 99.1 or to a by-law it specifies.
An authenticated copy of the resolution by which the municipality waives its right is sent to the Commission and to each other related municipality simultaneously.
Once all the related municipalities have waived their right of objection to a by-law, it may be published to meet the publication requirement for its coming into force, even before the expiry of the period specified in the second paragraph of section 115.
