Section 71
Disposition versions
71. The nomination paper shall be signed by the candidate and supported by at least 10 electors, in the case of a candidate for a parent representative seat, of the electoral division for which the nomination paper is filed or, in the case of a candidate for a community representative seat, from the English-language school service centre’s territory.
Each elector shall enter his address opposite his signature as it appears on the list of electors.
71. The nomination paper shall be signed by the candidate and supported by at least 10 electors of the electoral division for which the nomination paper is filed or, in the case of a candidate for the office of chair, by at least 50 electors from the territory of the school board for which the nomination paper is filed.
