E-2.3 - Act respecting school elections to elect certain members of the boards of directors of English-language school service centres
Section 58.13
Disposition versions
58.13. The board of revisors shall transmit its decisions to the appropriate returning officer in accordance with the returning officer’s directives.
The board of revisors shall also transmit its decisions to the returning officer of an English-language school service centre whose territory wholly or partly coincides with the territory of the English-language school service centre whose list of electors has been submitted to it for revision.
The returning officer shall incorporate the changes into the list or prepare an abstract of changes, including the changes referred to in the second paragraph.
