38. Not later than 44 days before polling day, the returning officer shall give a public notice setting forth the following particulars:(0.1) the seats on the English-language school service centre’s board of directors that are open for nominations and, if applicable, the profiles for the community representative seats for which a poll must be held;
(1) the places, dates and hours for filing nomination papers;
(2) (subparagraph repealed);
(3) the fact that if two or more candidates are nominated for a parent representative or community representative seat, an advance poll and a poll will be held to elect one of them;
(4) the date of the advance poll and the opening and closing times of the polling station or stations on that day;
(5) polling day and the opening and closing times of the polling station or stations on that day;
(6) the name of the election clerk;
(6.1) the names of the returning officer’s assistants and of any of the assistants who are authorized to receive nomination papers;
(7) the telephone number and address of the office of the returning officer and the office telephone numbers and addresses of the returning officer’s assistants.
