213. Every person who(1) offers himself as a candidate knowing he does not have the required qualifications to be an elected member of an English-language school service centre’s board of directors,
(2) supports a nomination when he is not an elector in the electoral division for which the nomination is filed or, if the nomination is filed for a community representative seat, is not an elector of the English-language school service centre,
(3) offers himself as a candidate in more than one electoral division of a same English-language school service centre,
(3.1) offers himself simultaneously as a candidate for a parent representative seat and a community representative seat,
(4) knowingly spreads false news of the withdrawal of a candidate,
(5) affixes a name that is not his own as a supporting signature on a nomination paper,
(6) in his capacity as a candidate or mandatary, collects supporting signatures and falsely declares that he knows the persons whose names appear on the nomination paper, that they have signed in his presence or that they are electors of the electoral division or, if the nomination is filed for a community representative seat, that they are electors of the English-language school service centre,
(7) collects supporting signatures without being a candidate or mandatary, or
(8) being a returning officer, accepts a nomination paper that does not meet the requirements or is not accompanied with all the required documents,
is guilty of an offence.
