211. A public notice prescribed by this Act shall be published in one or more newspapers having general circulation in the territory of the English-language school service centre. However, in the case of a by-election for a parent representative seat, a public notice shall be published in one or more newspapers having general circulation in the territory of the electoral division.
The notice shall set forth its object and be published within the time prescribed or, failing that, as soon as possible.
