Section 206.49
Disposition versions
206.49. Every person to whom an amount is due for election expenses shall present his claim to the authorized candidate within 60 days after polling day.
No claim presented after the expiry of the prescribed time may be paid by the candidate. The claim shall in that case be presented to the director general of the English-language school service centre within 120 days after the expiry of the prescribed time, failing which the claim is prescribed.
