Section 179.1
Disposition versions
179.1. A staff member of a private seniors’ residence listed in the register established under the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or a facility referred to in the second paragraph of section 50 may confirm the identity of an elector who is domiciled there and who has no proof of identity in his possession. The procedure set out in subparagraph b of subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 213.2 applies for that purpose, except subparagraph iii.
