178.Every advance polling station and every office of the returning officer must be accessible to handicapped persons.
The operator of any private seniors’ residence listed in the register established under the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the president and executive director or the executive director, as the case may be, of any institution referred to in the second paragraph of section 50 is required to ensure that the mobile polling station has access to the electors.

Despite subparagraph 2 of the second paragraph of section 175, when in an institution or residence, a mobile polling station may go to the room or apartment of an elector who is unable to move about, on the elector’s request.
