129. If an elector who is entitled to have his name entered on the part of the list of electors for a polling subdivision finds that the name of a person who is not entitled to be entered on that part has been entered thereon, he may apply to the competent board of revisors to have that person’s name struck off the list.

The returning officer may appoint a secretary to the board of revisors, whose chief duties shall be to enter all decisions of the board in the register of the board, prepare notices convening the persons concerning whom an application for the striking off of their names has been filed and prepare the abstracts of changes made to the list of electors.
