8.1. As payment of the price of the shares allotted under section 5.1, the Minister of Finance is authorized to pay to Sidbec, out of the consolidated revenue fund, an amount of $150 000 000 for 15 000 000 fully paid shares of its capital stock for which the company will remit to it certificates in return for these payments.

The payment referred to in the first paragraph may be made in one or more instalments.
