8. As payment of the price of the shares allotted under section 5, the Minister of Finance shall pay to Sidbec, out of the consolidated revenue fund, the following sums: $31 800 000 during each of the three fiscal years of the Government ending on 31 March 1978, 1979 and 1980, and $30 600 000 during the fiscal year of the Government ending on 31 March 1981. The instalment paid during the fiscal year of the Government ending on 31 March 1978 shall be applied to full payment for 2,588,600 shares, that paid during the fiscal year of the Government ending on 31 March 1979, to full payment for 2,547,800 shares, that paid during the fiscal year of the Government ending on 31 March 1980, to full payment for 2,789,900 shares and that paid during the fiscal year of the Government ending on 31 March 1981, to full payment for 2,907,100 shares.
