61. Differences in compensation between a predominantly female job class and a predominantly male job class may be valuated on an overall or individual basis or according to any other method for valuating differences in compensation that is prescribed by regulation of the Commission or authorized by the Commission on application by the pay equity committee, or the employer in the absence of such a committee.
