445. The Government may, by order, provide that an insurance product that may be offered by a distributor may only be offered by a distributor holding a restricted certificate issued by the Authority for that purpose.
A copy of the order shall be forwarded to the Authority to allow it to adopt the regulation that will govern the distribution of the product.
Upon the coming into force of the regulation, the distributors concerned shall be governed only by the provisions of this chapter for the distribution of that product.
