128. Representatives who do not act for a firm and who are not a partner or employee of an independent partnership must, in order to pursue their activities, register with the Authority as an independent representative in each sector or class of sectors in which they are authorized to act pursuant to a certificate.
A partnership all the partners of which are representatives mentioned in the first paragraph may register with the Authority to act through its partners as an independent partnership in each sector for which one of its partners is authorized to act.

Insurance representatives in insurance of persons and group insurance representatives, other than those referred to in section 32, damage insurance brokers, financial planners, claims adjusters and mortgage brokers who do not act for a firm and who are not a partner or employee of an independent partnership must, in order to pursue their activities, register with the Authority as an independent representative in each sector or class of sectors in which they are authorized to act pursuant to a certificate.
A partnership all the partners of which are representatives mentioned in the first paragraph may register with the Authority to act through its partners as an independent partnership in each sector for which one of its partners is authorized to act.
