15.1. The Government may, by regulation, determine the nature and the form of the information to be given to the Minister of Finance for the purposes of the carrying out of the first paragraph of section 15, as well as the time when the information must be given.
Such a regulation comes into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
