51. The penalties provided in this Act shall be imposed on summary prosecution in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15).

51. The penalties provided in this act shall be imposed on summary prosecution in accordance with the Summary Convictions Act (chapter P-15).
Part II of the said act shall apply to such prosecutions when on account of the infraction, the offender may be condemned to a fine of two hundred dollars or more.
