21. The Government, after consultation with the Comité consultatif du travail et de la main-d’oeuvre established under section 12.1 of the Act respecting the Ministère du Travail (chapter M-32.2), may repeal any regulation in force of a parity committee, or any provision contained in such a regulation; such regulation or, as the case may be, such provision shall cease to be in force from the publication of the notice of repeal in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

21.
