2. In the case of a change in a fact that must be mentioned in the declaration contemplated in section 1, the company shall produce a new declaration within fifteen days from the change.

2. When and so often as any change takes place in the name of the company or in its principal place of business in Québec, a declaration thereof shall in like manner be made, within fifteen days from such change.
