20. The Land Registrar shall notify the Minister of every transfer by transmitting to him, at the prescribed intervals, a copy of the application for registration, together with a copy of the accompanying document if the application is in the form of a summary.

20. The registrar shall notify the Minister of every transfer by transmitting to him, at the prescribed intervals, the copy presented by the applicant pursuant to section 19.

20. The registrar shall remit to the Minister, at the prescribed intervals, the documents contemplated in section 19.
He shall also remit to the Minister, in the form and at the intervals prescribed, a transfer notice in respect of any transfer relating to immoveable rights.
