96.1. Every person who infringes any provision of section 50.3, 51.1, 51.2, 51.3 or 51.4 or who knowingly furnishes false information in respect of the transfer of an outfitting operation is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $25,000 in the case of a natural person and of not less than $5,000 nor more than $50,000 in the case of a legal person.
