1982. The educational institution or an owner holding a recognition may resiliate the lease of a person who ceases to be a full-time student. It shall give him prior notice of one month, which may be contested, on its merits, within one month after it is received. A person pursuing studies who leases a dwelling from an educational institution may, similarly, resiliate the lease.
