Where the court is seized of an application related to the filiation of a child born of a parental project involving surrogacy, it rules, if need be, on the fees payable to the advocate or, as the case may be, to the notary representing the woman or the person who gave birth to the child, which are borne by the person alone or by the spouses who formed the parental project, who are solidarily liable for them.
