2975. (Repealed).
2975. Registration in a complementary file of a right established for a right of emphyteusis, for the part of the situs of the right or the share of the undivided co-ownership for which a right of exclusive use and enjoyment has been granted is not required to be carried over to the registration number of the main file.
Complementary files are opened and closed in accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed by regulation.
