2177. Where the mandator is incapable, any interested person, including the Public Curator, may, if the mandate is not being faithfully performed or for any other serious reason, apply to have the court revoke the mandate, order the rendering of an account by the mandatary and institute tutorship to a person of full age for the mandator.
