1768. (Repealed).
1768. Before paying the price, the buyer is bound to obtain a sworn statement from the seller containing the names and addresses of all the creditors of the seller, indicating the amount and nature of each of their claims, specifying the amounts remaining to become due, and indicating the security attached to each claim.
