Section 1288
Disposition versions
1288. Upon the constitution of a private or social trust subject to the supervision of a person or body designated by law, the trustee shall file with the person or body a statement indicating, in particular, the nature, object and term of the trust and the name and address of the trustee.
The trustee shall, at the request of the person or body, allow the trust records to be examined and furnish any account, report or information requested of him.
