16. In acting as tutor or curator to a person of full age under protective supervision, the Public Curator may, to the extent he indicates, delegate the performance of certain duties of the tutorship or curatorship to a person he designates, provided that the designated person is not an employee of the institution, within the meaning of section 14, which provides care to the person of full age, and exercises no function for such institution. The Public Curator may, however, where the circumstances so justify, disregard such restriction if the employee of the institution is the spouse or a close relative of the person of full age.
