72. (Repealed).

72. The bureau may make internal management by-laws for the conduct of its affairs and, in particular, to establish an executive committee, whose members shall be chosen from among the voting members, determine its functions and fix the term of office of its members.
The internal management by-laws must receive Government approval. They come into force on the day of their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on a later date fixed therein.
