121. The syndic or an assistant syndic shall inform in writing, within a reasonable time, any person having requested the holding of an investigation in connection with the conduct of a member of the Association of his decision whether or not to file a complaint with the discipline committee as a result of the request; if he decides not to file a complaint, he must at the same time provide such person with a written explanation of the reasons for his decision.
Where a complaint is filed, the syndic or the assistant syndic must, at the request of the person who requested the holding of an investigation, transmit or make known to him the decision of the discipline committee; the person is bound by any order banning publication or release that may be included in the committee’s decision.
