The Centre succeeds to the rights and obligations of Collecto Services regroupés en éducation, constituted by letters patent deposited in the enterprise register on 13 June 1997 under business number 1146879888, for the continuance of its goods and services procurement contracts identified by the Chair of the Conseil du trésor.
