17. Except on a matter of jurisdiction, no application for judicial review under the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01) may be exercised nor any injunction granted against the Chief Coroner, a Deputy Chief Coroner or a coroner acting in his official capacity or against any person acting under the authority of a coroner.
