162.1. Notwithstanding section 162, once the coroner has transmitted his report of inquest, the summons of the witnesses and the documents referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 of section 161 are public and may be consulted by any person. However, the coroner may, if he considers it necessary in the public interest or for the protection of the privacy of a person, his reputation or his right to a just and fair trial, ban the publication or release of the summons or documents.
