68. (Repealed).

68. A financial services cooperative may carry on the activities that only a trust company may carry on under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (chapter S‐29.01) that are authorized by a government regulation.
The regulation may also prescribe the cases and conditions in which the cooperative may carry on such activities.
