543. (Repealed).

543. The provisional administrator must inform the Minister and the Authority as soon as the provisional administrator ascertains that the situation referred to in section 534 has been corrected or cannot be corrected. The Minister must, after having obtained the opinion of the Authority, report to the Government as soon as practicable.
