528. The fund shall, within three months following the end of the fiscal year, prepare and send to the Authority a statement of operations for the fiscal year just ended, prepared in the form prescribed by the Authority.

The fund shall, within three months following the end of the fiscal year, prepare and send to the Inspector General, who shall send a copy of it to the Régie de l’assurance-dépôts du Québec, a statement of operations for the fiscal year just ended, prepared in the form prescribed by the Inspector General.
